When you choose Dreemofy for interior design, modular installations, or 3D visualization services, you agree to our terms of service.

We stand by our quality. Dreemofy offers a 10-year warranty on all modular furniture units — including kitchens, wardrobes, and storage units. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and material issues under normal usage conditions. It excludes damages due to misuse or external causes. A detailed warranty certificate is provided upon project completion.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. For projects in the design phase, a partial refund may be issued minus the design consultation fee. Once production begins on modular units, cancellations are not eligible for refunds. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

We aim to complete projects within 45 days once designs are finalized and the site is ready. During production and installation, we conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure precision and durability. In rare cases, timelines may adjust due to civil or supply-chain constraints, but we’ll communicate changes proactively.
